UPDATES TO THE FLSA TAKE EFFECT ON DECEMBER 1, 2016

Well – it’s finally happened. The Department of Labor (DOL) has updated the Fair Labor Standards Act to align more closely with current compensation trends – something it hasn’t done in over a decade.
