Club Manager - Country Club of Boyne

Full-time year round position at Boyne Highlands Resort. The Country Club of Boyne, (CCB) is open to the public, holding member only events throughout the year. The club manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of housekeeping, administration, maintenance, and food and beverage for the CCB. The major duties of this job involve connecting quickly with people and working at a fast pace. Selected individual will require a strong sense of urgency, initiative, and drive to get things done correctly with emphasis on working with and through people in the process. Decisions will many times have to be made under pressure, and will generally need the ideas and advice of others. Details will need to be handled accurately and will involve controlling all aspects of tasks, from initiation, through to completion.
