The Lodge Sous Chef is responsible for the supervision and training of kitchen staff, in addition to the production, quality assurance, and profitability of all menu items that are produced in the Lodge. This includes the execution and organization of all Crystal Mountain catered functions. The Lodge Sous Chef is also responsible for holiday buffets, mise en place for summer and winter outlets as well as the kitchen operations in the Wild Tomato restaurant.
